Is Spending Time With Your Relatives Necessary? By: Unique

Do you think you really need to spend time with your family? I believe everybody should, rumor states that your family will be there for you through thick and thin, no matter what. If you don't spend time with them now when will you? When they are deceased. I don't think so. So spend time with them now while you still have the chance because life isn't promised for us tomorrow. So when there time comes, you don't regret how you treated them. So spend time with your family because you don't know how much it really means to them.

Basketball_First year on the team

When I first came on the team I thought it was going to be fun and easy. It was easy at first then we started playing better teams and we started going towards the playoffs. Some of the game we came close to losing; we started practicing longer and harder. Then the last game of the season we lost by three points. It was very depressing and disapointing, but there was always next year so it was fun and we were all happy we made it that far without losing a game. I think it was one of the best days of my life when I got my first ever trophy.

If a dog is a man's best friend, do you think a puppy could be a girl's best friend?

   My opinion is yes because I have always wanted a puppy of my own. And if you think about if a dog is a man's best friend since the dog  is grown and the man is grown they would most likely go to big places. And if the dog is a puppy and the girl is like eight years old like me they would most likely play together inside or nearby were they live. So thats my reson why a puppy can be a girls best friend.

PUSH PUSH PUSH

Have you ever had a baby?  I guess that question would rule out the men.  There's really no such question for a man.  And there is probably no pain like that of the pain of childbirth.  Not unless you're talking about the pain that a person may have to go through to have their dream come true.  Many dreamers have had their dreams cut off at the pass.  Some dreams were destroyed just about as soon as the person dreamed it.  That dream didn't have a chance.  Just like flowers, dreams need time to flourish.  Dreams have to be watered.  Dreams have to receive sunlight.  Dreams need to be cultivated.  Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr had a dream.  Then he was shot down.  He didn't have a chance to see his dream come true.  He didn't have a chance to cultivate his dream, either.  And after 40 years that dream still hasn't become a reality.  But make no mistake about it the dream is still alive.  There are some people out there still dreaming.  There are some people still trying to kill the dream.  Which is impossible to do.  How can you kill what you can't see.  How can you stop what don't know.  The time for the dream has come.  Push! Push! Push! I think I see a dream coming.  Here it come www.time2wearjesus.com

CAN WE TRUST YOU AS FAR AS WE CAN THROW YOU?

Have you been on a scale lately?  Do you know how much you weigh?  We realize that the holidays have just passed and there might be a pound or two extra, here or there.  But when you are soaking wet how much do you think you that you  weigh?  Whatever the amount is, how far do you think an average person could possibly throw you?  Well, do you have a distance in mind that you could be physically thrown.  Well, let me ask you can you be trusted that far?  Can you even be trusted at all?  Tell me is there anyone left that we can trust?  Who could trust you?  Can you trust yourself?  Trust.  It's not that big of a word.  But boy is ever heavy though.  You can't even take trust for granted.  You can't assume you have it.  And even though sometimes we may try to buy it - trust can't be bought.  But trust can be taught.  You can teach others to trust you.  You can teach yourself to trust yourself.  You can even teach others that it's safe to put their trust in you.   You, we can become worth of trust.   Even your word is starting to have merit.  Your word is starting to have substance.  Long time ago I served in the Armed Forces, and that's one supply us soldiers couldn't run out of, and that's our trust for each other.  In many cases, it could mean life or death.  Now can we trust you as far as we can throw you?  Check us out at www.time2wearjesus.com

MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING, IS IT?

Money! Money! Money! How much will it take for you?  How much do you really need?  How much do you have now?  Do you have enough?  Just about everyone you may ask that question to, would probably give you the same answer, no.  No, I don't have enough money.  But let me ask you just how many people do you know, that if you asked them if they had enough money, would tell you that they have enough money?  Not even Donald Trump boast that he has enough money.  It's as if the more money a person get's, the more money they need.  They tell me more money, more problems.  But if that's true, does that mean if a person doesn't have much money, their problems are few?  Who know's?  Who care's?  We have this picture etched in our mind, that money = happiness.  That money = success.  That money = friends.  That money = respect.  That money = love.  That money = everything.  But one thing I know money does not = you.  You are indeed worth more than money.  And if you didn't know, now you know.  There is no dollar amount that you can put on your soul.  Matter of fact, your soul is not for sale, is it?   Check us out at www.time2wearjesus.com

Is Learning Spanish Important? By: Unique

         Now that half of our population in America contains people that are Mexican. I think that learning spanish will be very helpful. If you are going to have to communicate with people that only speak spanish on a daily basis,  you should learn how to speak that language. I mean, think about how frustrating it would be if you spoke a language that nobody understood. So at least try to learn spanish.  Some new words that I have learned is:

 Hola!= Hello!
 Como estas?= How are you?
 Bien!= Good!
 Buenos dias!= Good morning!
 Buenas tardes!= Good afternoon!
 Buenas noches!= Good night!
 Adios!= Goodbye!
 Chao!= Bye!

The first time I saw snow :Destiny Brown

The first time I saw snow was a shocking sight. It was so fluffy and white and fun to play in. What I mean by saying '' it's fun to play in '' is that you can build snowmans with it, have snowball fights with it or you can save it in the freezer. There's so many things you can do with snow. I bet you would be suprised if you woke up and there was snow on your lawn.

RAIN DROPS ARE FALLING ON MY HEAD

In the State of Georgia we have been going through a drought.  A rain shortage.  Lakes and ponds have been drained.  Water bans have been put in place.  And all at the same time the amount of foreclosures are on the rise.  The majority of people you see around Atlanta, driving in those big SUV's, living in those big houses.  But they can't pay their house note.  WOW!  This is serious.  But no one is talking.  There is a glimmer of light coming from a distance.  We need to start living within our means.  Stop trying to be what we are not.  Bling is not for everyone.  And not everyone in Atlanta is a rapper or into hip-hop.  And neither is every one a pimp in the pulpit. I'am starting to feel rain. Check us out at www.time2wearjesus.com
